Crosswork is the union of yoga practice and mindfulness habits. I’ll teach you the fundamentals of yoga from the perspective of health, science, anatomy & physiology and how to develop the mindfulness habits that ensure your success.
With Crosswork one-on-one coaching, each week you will:
- join me for a live, 40-minute yoga practice + 10 minute mindful meditation
- practice mindfulness and yoga on your own between sessions
- carry a deeper awareness toward yourself, your goals, and your environment
- make notes in your journal (optional: notebook or electronically)
